Happening diva of the Bollywood town Kareena Kapoor is feeling like on the cloud nine these days. Actually she is very happy with the grand success of her recent release 'Golmaal-3'where in she is playing the role of Dabbu. But, it seems that she is not able to digest the success of her movie that's why she has begun showing her starry tantrums to the people around.

Yes, the lady has begun showing her tantrums at press conferences these days. Actually, the whole story is that, at a recent press of Golmaal 3, Kareena Kapoor was accompanied by entire cast and crew of the film. You would be amazed to know that, she was not at all interested in replying the media. However, Ajay Devgan and Rohit Shetty(the director) of the movie were replying each and every query of media but 'Mam' Kareena was busy in talking with Kunal Khemu.

She was not at all showing her interest. The story doesn't ends here, when the reporter asked about her look in her forthcoming 'Ra-One', the actress replied very rudely that, she is here to talk about 'Golmaal-3' and she is not going to talk about 'Ra-One'. The reporter was totally surprised with her reply. Moreover Kareena didn't entertain any of the personal questions, the lady appeared disinterested in talking to people present at the event as she was busy talking to the cast of her movie 'Golmal-3'.

Another buzz related to the actress is that, she irked Madhur Bhadarkar so much that he had to close his project being fed up with her behaviour. The lady was asking for major script changes in the forthcoming movie of Madhur Bhandarkar, it was not at all bothered by the director and finally he decided to wrap up his project. Presently, the actress is looking forward for her upcoming projects 'Ra-One' with King Khan of the Bollywood town Shahrukh Khan and Arjun Rampal. Her another upcoming project is 'Agent Vinod' wherein she is going to share the screen space with her loving boyfriend and chhote nawab of the Indian Film Industry, Saif Ali Khan.

Salma along with sister Sabina produced and sang for a record called AGHA - Salma and Sabina Agha sing ABBA hits in Hindi. The record made a few waves and was applauded by critics. However, it didn't create any major ripples in the Hindi film circles at the time.
When acclaimed Indian director Raj Kapoor was at the London reception of his son Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh's wedding, he invited his cousin Zarina Agha (Salma's mother) to the reception. Present at the wedding were many prominent Indian directors, including B.R. Chopra. Chopra had just finished a female oriented hit with Zeenat Aman called Insaf Ka Tarazu. He had just commissioned a heroine-oriented movie called Talaq Talaq Talaq and was on the look out for a Muslim actress. Zeenat Aman (even though, half Muslim) he felt had a much too urban look to portray the character of Neelofar in his movie. Raj Kapoor too was on the lookout for a Muslim girl his movie Heena. Soon Raj Kapoor nixed plans and went ahead with Prem Rog. Hearing that Chopra was looking for a Muslim girl, Salma flew to Bombay to meet him. Using her uncle Raj Kapoor's connection, Salma was soon hired.
When the music directors heard Salma's ABBA hits they signed her on to sing her own playback songs. The songs were a huge success even before the movie was released. The movie got stuck with the Islamic clerics who were to approve the movie before its release. They insisted on a name change and Chopra rechristened the movie Nikah. The movie went on to be a huge success and is considered a classic. It is one of the strongest debuts for an actress and a huge vehicle for a newcomer. She earned a Filmfare nomination as Best Actress. In addition to winning the Filmfare Best Female Playback Award for the song "Dil Ke Armaan," she also earned two Filmfare nominations: one for the song "Pyar Bhi Hai Jawan" and the other for the song "Dil Ki Yeh Arzo".
Salma soon purchased Reena Roy's apartment in Bandra, while Reena packed bags to move to London with her new husband cricketer Mohsin Khan. However, Salma wasn't interested in movies much, she soon was introduced to Mehmood Sipra, a New York City business man, who made Salma drop all her movie assignments and produced movies for her, beginning with Begum Sahiba and Bebasi. Sipra's divorce came through while his love affair with Salma began to fade. Both movies were shelved and Salma was left without a husband or career.

Early life
Anjana was born to a Sindhi family in Jaipur on December 10, 1978. She did her schooling from first till tenth standard in Mumbai at Kamla High School way back in 1994, Khar. Academically inclined, she holds a Management Degree in International Business. Her sister Meena Sukhani made her debut in the movie Bachna Ae Haseeno; she was one of Minisha Lamba's friends.
Film and modeling career
Anjana Sukhani put her academic pursuits behind to pursue acting. During the early years of her career, she was cast in a television advertisement for Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolates with the Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan. She was also noted for her performance in the remixed Hindi music video for the song Ghar Jayegi. Even though she does not have a film industry related background, she has figured in sizeable roles like in the 2007 multi-starrer blockbuster film Salaam-e-Ishq, following which she starred in Golmaal Returns, a sequel to the 2006 hit film Golmaal. Her latest releases are Jai Veeru, Jashnn and her Kannada debut film MaLeyali Jotheyali alongside popular actor Ganesh and Yuvika Chaudhary.She has been cast in Tollywood actor Ravi Teja's film Don Seenu marking her entry into Tollywood.

Amrita Puri is an Indian actress and model who has appeared on stage and in a Bollywood film. She is the daughter of Aditya Puri, Managing Director of HDFC Bank
Puri started her career through writing and the theatre. She also modelled in ads and TV commercials for several brands, including Garnier and L'Oreal.[ She gained acclaim through a movie, Aisha, dubbed "India's first chick flick". It was loosely based on the Jane Austen novel Emma and its Hollywood adaptation Clueless. Her performance was described by leading critics as "heartwarming" (Times of India), a "real surprise" (Press Trust of India) and "steals the film" (Rajeev Masand, CNN-IBN).
She resides in Mumbai, India.

Early life
Amrita's paternal great-grandfather, Sir Sobha Singh, was a noted civil contractor, made a substantial fortune during the building of New Delhi in the early decades of the 20th century,
Career
Amrita's mother, Rukhsana Sultana, was influential in launching her daughter's career in Hindi cinema. She lobbied with B.R. Chopra who was looking for a fresh face for his film "Nikah". Having already rejected Zeenat Aman (who played the lead in his previous mega success "Insaf ka Tarazu") he decided on Salma Agha. Rukhsana Sultana was miffed and wrote threatening letters to Salma Agha in hopes of scaring the British raised girl to run back to London. The controversy over the anonymous letters grew and the letters were finally traced back to Amrita Singh, however, much after Betaab was already on the floors. Salma Agha went on to do Nikaah, Zeenat Aman moved on to another mega success, Qurbaani and Amrita Singh got her success with Betaab, however, her reputation was tarnished.
Amrita made her Bollywood debut in 1983 with Betaab, a vastly successful film in which she paired with the debutant Sunny Deol. This was quickly followed by a succession of hits, such as Sunny in (1984); Mard which was the biggest hit of that year, and Saaheb in (1985); Chameli Ki Shaadi and Naam in (1986); Khudgarz in (1987), and so on. Amrita made a successful pair in several films not only with Sunny Deol and Sanjay Dutt, but also with Anil Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan, two leading actors of the 1980s. As well as playing leading roles, she also played supporting negative roles in films such as Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman (1992) and Aaina (1993). She also won the Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award for the latter. These successes did not dissuade her from her resolve to retire into family life, and Amrita quit acting after 1993. She returned to acting in 2002 with the film 23rd March 1931: Shaheed where she played the mother of Bhagat Singh (played by Bobby Deol). She then appeared on the STAR Plus television serial, Kavyanjali in 2005. Later that year she won acclaim for her performance in yet another negative role for the film Kalyug.
In 2007, Amrita played the role of the gangster Maya Dolas's mother, Ratnaprabha Dolas, in the Sanjay Gupta film Shootout at Lokhandwala, directed by Apoorva Lakhia. Vivek Oberoi played the role of Maya. Her last release was the anthology film Dus Kahaniyaan where she appeared in the short story Poornmasi.
Personal life
In 1991, Amrita gave up acting for a family life with actor Saif Ali Khan, who is 12 years her junior. The couple have two children, a daughter Sara Ali Khan and a son Ibrahim Ali Khan.
They were separated in 2004 and Amrita Singh now lives with her two children.
