Another father-son actor duo of Bollywood, Shekhar Suman and Adhyayan
Suman are set to appear on silver screen together. The film is titled
as Dekh Bhai Dekh, which is the film version of the popular comedy TV
serial of 90s ‘Dekh Bhai Dekh‘.
Adhyayan is all excited to work with father Shekhar as he says, “My
father is the finest actors the country has today, and I believe what
he did in Dekh Bhai Dekh remains an unmatchable performance till date.
I am fortunate to perform in front of him. I have learnt a lot from
him off-screen, but this would be the first time that I would be
performing along with him.”
Adhyayan is excited not only because he is going act with his dad, but
because he has grown up visiting the sets of the serial.
“I used to be nine or ten years old when I used to visit the sets of
Dekh Bhai Dekh. It was a cult show on television and it amazes me
beyond belief that it’s being made into a film,” adds Adhyayan.
The film is based on the story of a young boy from the Diwan family of

Sonam Kapoor learning acting
An actor par-excellence Anil Kapoor is not really happy about this decision but his daughter Sonam is not paying heed.
The young lady has enrolled herself into an acting course in New York this summer. Maybe it’s her way of beating the Mumbai heat or taking a break from the offers (or the lack of them) that she has in Bollywood.
Or maybe she’s realised she needs to give a touch-up on her acting skills and is doing the course to enhance them. We don’t know the exact reason but we can tell you it’s going to be a crash course for a couple of months and she will be renting an apartment in Manhattan while she studies.
Her friends who studied with her in Boston will also be staying with her in her pad and while she’s there, they plan to make the most of it.
Anil wanted her to stay in Mumbai and make her presence felt among filmmakers and also sign more projects.
But Sonam would have none of it and has made up her mind.
Take your fathers word Sonam baby...he is experienced isn't he??
Mallika Shake is taste of the season
Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat have joined the bandwagon of elite Hollywood actresses Kim Kardashian, Miley Cyrus and Paris Hilton when she had a milkshake named after her in Hollywood.
Mallika, who visited Millions of Milkshakes in West Hollywood, has been honored with her very own milkshake called the ‘Mallika shake’. The Mallika Shake features blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
Its seems hollywood is giving much importance to Indian babes this days. Why? can't say!!!
Mallika is in Hollywood to promote her new horror film “Hisss” that also features “Slumdog Millionaire” star Irrfan Khan and a very talented Divya Dutta opposite him.
Nandana's nix to international project
Image via Wikipedia
Well...when all B-Town celebs are upto some or the other international project, it's something unexpected from someone like Nandana Sen who has recently refused one.Nandana has done some dare-bare scenes in the past. But the lady refused to sign an international project to be directed by Italian director Italo Spinelli because she needed to do some bold scenes.
Nandana's nix to do this film, which required her to bare her skin once again was somewhat contradictory. The film is based on eminent Bengali writer Mahasweta Devi's short story 'Behind the Bodice' (Choli ke Picche). Nandana was approached for playing a tribal woman of 1950's era when poor rural women used to just wrap sari on their body without a blouse.
The project is a desirable one for her, but Nandana's apprehension for the film was evident with this quoted statement, "It's a powerful story and although I support it fully I feel the subject matter is such that the tribal girl's nudity cannot avoid becoming unintentionally voyeuristic and exoticized even though that is definitely not the objective."
Or may be the actress doesn't want to indulge in nudity anymore.
Another film i.e. Ketan Mehta's Rang Rasiya is the one in which she plays the muse of legendary painter Raja Ravi Verma, played by Randeep Hooda and poses nude for his paintings. And since the movie deals with the subject of censorship of art, nudity was at the very core of the film. Nandana's scenes in the yet-to-be released film are not obscene and were shot aesthetically.
The actress had showed her bareback in the movie Tango Charlie too.

Mudassar-Sush split
Dulha Mil Gaya starring Sushmita Sen and Shah Rukh Khan and being directed by Mudassar Aziz has delayed due to some reasons and that may have also affected their relation.
Former Miss Universe and actress Sushmita Sen's recent muse was debutante director Mudassar Aziz and the camaraderie went to an extent that Sush took Mudassar to her home. But now, there is new buzz in the industry that their relationship is over.
Comenting on what went wrong between the two. One source revealed, “While Mudassar had a soft corner for Sushmita, she only considered him a friend. Initially, the two shared a good rapport and Sushmita could understand Mudassar’s feelings when they started working together for Dulha Mil Gaya. For her, his feelings were what a first time director usually feels for his lead actress. But when reports linking the two started doing the rounds with alarming regularity, Sushmita began wondering who was responsible for leaking the stories to the media.”
Later, Sushmita got furious when she came to know that it’s Mudassar who was leaking the stories in media.
“When Sushmita learnt that Mudassar was leaking out stories to the press about their alleged affair, she decided to keep her distance from him. What irritated her further was that he openly voiced his fascination for her. However, they are not on talking terms any longer,” the source added.
There’s nothing happening on the Dulha Mil Gaya front. With no shooting taking place, the Sushmita-Mudassar relationship has only soured further. The film has been in the making for three years now and is showing no sign of completion. This has further dashed Mudassar’s hope of having any kind of interaction with Sushmita.
When contacted to Mudassar, he commented indirectly and said, “Somebody’s imagination is working overtime due to lack of work in times of recession. God bless them.”

Harman Baweja "Way to Go"
Harman Baweja's first two attempts might have met with harsh comments all over, he may have been written off by many in the film industry and audiences alike after his debut film, Love Story 2050, as well as second film, Victory, bombed at the box office badly but there’s still hope for the actor.
Boney Kapoor productions and Anees Bazmee directed It’s My Life, produced by Sanjay Kapoor starring Harman and Genelia D’Souza, Nana Patekar in the lead, is being readied for release and this may probably be Harman’s third film to hit the screens, if not Ashutosh Gowariker’s What’s Your Raashee?
Who have seen some songs of It’s My Life claims that Anees has presented the hero in a very dynamic way. “The audience usually tends to dislike a hero whose films have bombed but that won’t be the case with It’s My Life because Harman Baweja looks charming,” the source tells us.
“Adding to his charm are the excellent compositions of Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and the choreography (Prabhu Devaa, Bosco and Raju Sundaram). The ‘Maharani of chicks’ song has been lavishly picturised in a palatial hotel of Jaipur and is a veritable audio-visual delight. The title song and the ‘Idiot’ number are also fast-paced while ‘Dheere se’ has lilt and melody.
It may be mentioned here that It’s My Life is a remake of the Telugu blockbuster, Bommarillu.
